FACE PALM ALICE
On the positive side, they are in the mail, and the pair I received from Sandra are gorgeous!! The colors are what I use in my booth at shows, and I even have a butterfly on my signs/business cards...they are perfect!!!
See how well they go together...
I think I'll wear them to my next show!!
I'm SO sorry Sandra...I hate flakey people, and this time I was the flake... :(

The earrings are lovely, and don't worry: blame it on spring as everybody do in my country :D
ReplyDeleteWow... would you believe that was a total coincidence? I never even clicked on the fact they were your colours .. and the butterfly thing... hmm.. maybe I should shut up and just play along claiming total design inspiration, right ;) lol
ReplyDeleteAs for the mix up, pfft.. I doubt if anyone reading this post hasn't done or almost done the same thing at least once. At least our posts are up for the hop and the earrings are on their way ;)
The earrings she sent you are sooo cute. And I'm sure she'll love the ones you made for her. Life just gets in the way sometimes and causes us to brain freeze. We've all done it. At least you went ahead and followed through.
ReplyDeleteAww, don't beat yourself up about this. You got them in the mail to Sandra and I know she'll love them.
ReplyDeleteSandra's earrings are lovely!
I agree, don't beat yourself up. The earrings are lovely and I can't wait to see what Sandra got from you.

ReplyDeleteOh I've done that with doctor's appointments -- showed up, wrong time, wrong day, wrong month -- it happens a LOT!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being a Bead Soup Winner! I love all the creations you made - the bird is so cool, and the wonky copper rings, and the framed poly rustic pendant. All just fabulous!
